What each account tier can
use. A checked box means allowed (missing configuration counts
as allowed, so new features never vanish for anyone); uncheck
to restrict a tier. Locked rows are core functionality the app
never gates. Changes reach devices within a sync cycle.
Founder and pro are both 10 GiB (founder = early buy-in, priced
lower); anything above collector (25 GiB) is a custom offer,
not a tier.
The lock 🔒 freezes a tier's name,
quota, prices, and capabilities (enforced by the database, not
just this page) until unlocked. The eye 👁️ is
whether the public pricing page can fetch the tier at all
(RLS-enforced; a dim eye = hidden, and new tiers start hidden).
Arrows reorder the ladder. Renaming changes the display name
only; the key underneath is permanent because accounts
reference it.

Codes are
single use: one code, one person, once. Generating and
withdrawing are both written to the audit log. Withdrawing a code
stops it being redeemed; it does not touch anyone who already
used it, because dropping an account to free also starts the
21-day clock on any binder files that account sponsors.
Van Westendorp answers
from the app and nosheet.sheetsystems.com/plans, while prices are
hidden from everyone. Recommended is the indifference point:
per person, the midpoint of what they called a bargain and what
they called expensive, then the median across people — a median
because one answer of $500 moves an average and does not move
this. Answers are append-only, so someone answering again after
three months of use shows up as a second point, not a correction.
What people said
Flags sync to every
online client within seconds; offline clients apply them on
reconnect. Audience "groups" turns the flag on only for members
of the checked groups.
Tester messages
Shown once per
account at app startup, targeted by account tier (beta by
default). Deactivate to stop showing to accounts that haven't
seen it yet.
